There are a whole lot of questions that we do not have the answers to, but hand on heart, when we submit in faith we profess and bear witness that the one thing we are absolutely sure of is our belief.
PRAYER​
Inspired by Prayer, the second basic requirement for the one who believes. It is what brings one closer to the truth, what brings a schedule to our day, brings discipline in our lives. We begin with bowing our heads in prayer, cleansing our hearts and seeking true guidance in every matter; and we do this throughout the day.
CHARITY
Inspired by Charity, the third basic requirement for the one who believes. It is what purifies one’s wealth. Every year, we take out a very small portion of the wealth that has been bestowed upon us and give it out as charity. What may be miniscule for us goes a long way in helping ease the hardship of our brethren.
FASTING
Inspired by Fasting, the fourth basic requirement for the one who believes. It is what recharges our faith to its full. Every year, for a whole month we strive to stay away from even the smallest of temptations. It is a time for recharging one’s faith, reflection through prayer and increased charity. It prepares us for the coming year.
PILGRIMAGE
Inspired by the Pilgrimage, fifth basic requirement for the one who believes. It is the closest thing to rebirth. Once in a lifetime, believers from all races, colors & ethnicities assemble in their quest to get closer to their faith & their inner self. There are 7 steps to performing the pilgrimage, the most iconic being the circumambulation.
